Yes, we offer a range of sustainable yarn options made from eco-friendly materials such as cotton, bamboo, wool, and silk.  These materials will have up to a $40 upcharge due to yarn market pricing.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required for all custom inquired orders.  This deposit goes toward materials, and guarantees your spot in our waitlist.  Etsy Orders offer full payment and payment plan options.

We have a 30-Day Grace Period to request a remake or exchange your item for one of equal value for Custom Orders.  Etsy Orders have a 30-Day Grace Period to request a remake or refund.
